Key Responsibilities:

· Lead architectural design from concept to execution for various projects.

· Prepare drawings, blueprints, and architectural documents.

· Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients

· Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

· Manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting.

· Conduct site visits and supervise construction phases when needed.



Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

· Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in architectural design and project management.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD

· Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods

· Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills

· Licensed architect
