An automotive company is looking for a service assistant with 2 years of experience in administration or customer service.

Job Description:
- Accepting customer requests regarding service dates and assigning these on the basis of the urgency of the service to be performed, possibly after consultation the service advisors
- Scheduling of service appointments and meetings with service advisors at non-conflicting times, possibly after consultation with the service advisors
- Comparing current workshop capacity continually and administering the scheduling system in consultation with the workshop manager and service advisors
- Initiating a check of parts availability when scheduling a time or date
- Preparation of vehicle files and history
- Providing telephone service for the service department
- Providing personalized support for service customers
- Providing hospitality in the waiting area
