Roles & Responsibilities

Recruiting: Sales Manager

1- FIELD OF BUSINESS : Distribution of underwear, nightwear and legwear

2- WORKING CONDITIONS: Monday until Friday From 8:00 am until 3:00 pm

3- Location : Broumana

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business management

Minimum 3 years experience in sales

Languages : Arabic, English & French

Skills & Abilities: Computer literacy (Special programs as Excel, Word, Powerpoint...)

Good analysis skills.

Good organisational skills, with accurate time management

RESPONSABILTIES AND DUTIES:

Sales Management

1- To set sales forecasts and devise actions to reach them

2- To monitor sales team on daily basis

3- To continuously issue and analyse statistics

4- To program market visits to push the sales and gather information about competition

5- To suggest and monitor promotions, offers, advertising material to support sales

6- To develop agreements with prime clients

7- To follow-up payments and take actions of slow payers

Suppliers and Orders

1- To handle contacts with suppliers of all company brands: correspondence, placing ordersof classics and fashion, deals, new collections

2- To establish pricing strategy and set retail and wholesale prices, discounts, offers,bonus etc.. and check that they are properly introduced on the system

4- To monitor stock regularly and push or deplete the slow article

Shipments

1- To control all suppliers documents (proformas, invoices, packing lists, Euro1 certificates )

2- To organize and follow-up shipments of goods

3- To coordinate with accounting and logistics for clearing the goods and inputand costing on system

Logistics

1- To control all operations of office and make sure all the work is done correctly, on time

2- To sign all daily transactions (invoices, credit notes, stock adjustments, transfers, clients sms )

3- To control changes in computer prices and incentives

4- To issue & control weekly fuel consumption and car maintenance reports for accounting

5- To control cash table monthly

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business management
