Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, designing, and supervising civil engineering projects.
• Conduct regular site visits in North Lebanon (Batroun, Koura, Tripoli, and surrounding sites).
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contractor submissions.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports and progress updates.
• Support problem-solving for on-site technical issues.
• Assist in project scheduling and follow-up on deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Around 2 years of relevant experience in construction or site supervision.
• Good knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong understanding of site work and engineering drawings.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in site supervision in Lebanon.
• Familiarity with local construction practices and standards.
• Knowledge of quantity surveying and cost control.
• Ability to handle multiple site tasks simultaneously.

Preference will to candidates from North Lebanon (Batroun, Koura, Tripoli, and surrounding areas)
