Job Summary:
- We are looking for professional and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide excellent service to ensure a positive dining experience, while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and a friendly attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and present menus in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
- Serve food and drinks promptly and according to service standards
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
- Prepare tables before and after service (setting, clearing, resetting)
- Handle billing and payments accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
Desired Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
