Evo Wallet is a fast-growing fintech company providing innovative digital payment and wallet solutions. We are seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to strengthen our governance, risk management, and compliance framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits across the organization.
• Review internal controls, policies, and procedures to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Audit financial operations, cash movements, reconciliations, and fund transfers.
• Perform periodic and surprise cash counts.
• Assess compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Review IT controls, data protection measures, access management, and cybersecurity practices.
• Evaluate operational efficiency and investigate transaction discrepancies.
• Prepare audit reports, findings, and recommendations for management.
• Monitor corrective actions and follow up on audit observations.
• Support the development of a strong compliance and risk-awareness culture.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Internal Audit experience, preferably within fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, compliance, and accounting principles.
• Familiarity with digital wallets and fintech operations is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit/accounting systems.
