Roles & Responsibilities

Initiate and maintain collaboration with existing and potential partners.

Negotiate and follow up on partnership offers and event plans.

Track and report key collaboration metrics.

Handle product/service consultations via WhatsApp and other platforms.

Build and maintain positive working relationships with Sales, logistics, marketing and finance teams.

Provide tailored recommendations and guide purchasing decisions.

Follow up with clients to ensure post-consultation satisfaction.

Drive sales activities, presentations, and closing processes.

Stay informed on product offerings and competitor landscape.

Monitor competitor activity and competitors' products.

Train partners and clients on product features.

Support promotional campaigns and share materials with stakeholders.

Prepare quotations, invoices, and proposals as needed.

Perform any task as requested by the management.

Reach annual sales and KPI targets.

Regularly attend company meetings, technical data/training presentations and briefings.

Report regularly daily activities and provide comprehensive feedback.

Work within medical ethics and compliance standard.

Apply the values of the company.
