Vie Health is the exclusive representative of Novadiet in Lebanon, dedicated to providing high-quality natural healthcare solutions. As a growing company in the healthcare sector, we are committed to innovation, excellence, and delivering trusted products to healthcare professionals and consumers. We are currently hiring a Junior Collection Officer to join our team in Baabda.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances.
• Contact clients regarding overdue payments.
• Maintain accurate collection records.
• Prepare collection reports.
• Perform filing and maintain organized documentation.
• Coordinate with the Sales team regarding customer accounts.
• Resolve payment-related inquiries professionally.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Team-oriented with a professional attitude.
• Respectful of workplace policies and the work environment.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
