Princessa Hotel in Jounieh is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the hotel's daily operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Lead, supervise, and support department managers and staff.
• Maintain high standards of service, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and overall operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and hospitality standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve guest experiences and operational processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in hotel operations management with high level of knowledge of the operation of the rooms division and food & beverage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
