Job description

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a machine operator for a company based in Lebanon, TN. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the premier suppliers of mosaic tiles in the US.

Pay rate

$16.00 per hour

Schedule and hours

Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

Machine operator duties and responsibilities

• Operate and monitor tile production machinery, including presses, kilns, glazing equipment, and cutting machines.
• Set up machines according to production specifications and work orders.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain proper tile dimensions, thickness, and quality standards.
• Load raw materials into production equipment and ensure continuous material flow.
• Remove defective products.
• Clean equipment, floors, and work areas according to safety procedures.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Machine operator qualifications and requirements

• 25 lb lift test required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Drug screen required.
