Job Details

The Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for establishing and building the company's digital presence from the ground up during its pre-operational, construction, and project development phase. Acting as a hands-on digital marketing generalist, the incumbent will create early brand awareness, build an engaged online community, and lay the digital foundations required for a successful commercial launch.
This is a builder role rather than a maintenance role: the successful candidate will operate with significant autonomy, working directly with senior stakeholders to shape the company's digital identity, voice, and audience ahead of go-to-market, while progressively developing the systems, content libraries, and analytics practices the future Marketing function will rely on.

Lead the end-to-end build-out of the company's digital presence, including social media channels, website content, and digital brand assets, ahead of commercial launch.
Establish and maintain consistent brand identity, tone of voice, and visual guidelines across all digital touchpoints.
Develop a pre-launch digital roadmap in coordination with the Marketing Manager, aligned to major project development milestones.
Build and nurture an online community of prospective customers, partners, and stakeholders in advance of the company's commercial launch.
Manage day-to-day operations of the company's social media platforms, including scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
Create and coordinate engaging digital content (copy, graphics, short-form video) in collaboration with designers, videographers, and external creative agencies.
Respond to audience inquiries and comments across digital platforms in a timely, professional, and brand-consistent manner.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Manage the company's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, as applicable).
Create engaging content (written, visual, and video) and coordinate closely with designers and creative agencies on production.
Manage the corporate website's content, structure, and search engine optimization (SEO).
Support branding and corporate identity initiatives, ensuring consistency across all digital and print collateral.

Desired Candidate Profile

Approximately two to four (2- 4) years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, or digital content creation.
Experience working with brands in a startup, agency, or fast-paced environment is an advantage.
Exposure to pre-launch, rebranding, or greenfield marketing initiatives is a strong plus, though not required.
