We are seeking an experienced Civil / Architectural Engineer or CAD Draftsman based in Lebanon to work remotely with an established engineering company based in Texas, USA.

This is a hands-on technical position. We are looking for someone who can take project information, measurements, sketches, and instructions and turn them into accurate professional drawings, plans, 3D models, and renderings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise AutoCAD drawings
• Produce 2D construction and engineering plans
• Create AutoCAD 3D models
• Produce professional 3D renderings and visualizations
• Prepare civil engineering drawings
• Prepare architectural drawings and floor plans
• Modify existing plans based on engineer/client comments
• Assist with construction documents and drawing sets
• Coordinate remotely with engineers and project staff in Texas
• Maintain organized project files and drawing versions
• Complete assignments accurately and on schedule

Technology Requirements

Because this is a fully remote position, candidates must have:

• Fast and reliable home internet
• Reliable computer capable of handling AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and rendering
• Reliable electricity and a backup power solution
• Ability to participate in video calls and communicate consistently during working hours

Strong Preference for Candidates With

• Civil engineering experience
• Architectural design/drafting experience
• U.S. construction or engineering project experience
• Experience with Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar software
• Experience preparing permit/construction drawing sets
• Understanding of U.S. construction standards and drawing conventions

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong AutoCAD experience required

AutoCAD 3D experience required

Experience producing professional renderings required

Strong background in civil and/or architectural drafting

Engineering, architecture, or related technical degree preferred

Several years of professional drafting/design experience

Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering plans

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Good written and spoken English

Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Comfortable working with a U.S.-based engineering team
