Robinsons SAL is seeking a highly accomplished Associate General Manager to join its executive leadership
team.
Job Summary
The Associate General Manager will play a key role in leading the business, driving operational excellence,
supporting strategic growth, and ensuring the successful execution of the company's vision across all
functions.
This role is designed for a commercially astute and hands-on leader with extensive experience in the
agriculture, horticulture, landscaping, greenhouse, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities - Drive the execution of the company's strategic and operational objectives. - Oversee cross-functional operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability. - Lead, develop, and mentor department heads and management teams. - Identify opportunities for business growth, operational improvement, and innovation. - Monitor business performance and ensure the achievement of financial and operational targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, partners, and key stakeholders. - Represent the company in executive meetings, industry events, and business engagements when required. - Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including exposure to both the Lebanese and
international markets. - Bachelor's degree is preferred. Candidates with a background in Agribusiness, Agricultural Engineering,
Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related discipline are encouraged to apply. - Candidates with extensive leadership experience in very well-known companies operating within the
agriculture, horticulture, landscaping, greenhouse, or related sectors will also be considered, even if their
academic background differs. - Proven track record in senior management, business operations, or general management. - Strong strategic, commercial, financial, and operational leadership capabilities. - Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. - Professional certification in Business Management, Executive Management, Strategic Management, or a
related discipline is highly preferred. - A Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business Administration or a related discipline is considered a
strong advantage
