Role Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accounting Lead to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage day-to-day accounting operations, including:
  • General ledger
  • Accounts payable & receivable
  • Inventory accounting
  • Cost accounting (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable standards
• Ensure accuracy of financial records and maintain strong internal controls
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including variance analysis
• Coordinate with auditors and support external audit processes
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements :

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

2-4 years of relevant accounting experience

Strong knowledge of:

• Financial reporting
• Costing and inventory management
• Internal controls

Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a strong advantage

Prior exposure to ERP systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and in cross-cultural environments

Excellent communication and leadership skills
