We are seeking a motivated, customer-oriented, and detail-driven individual to join our healthcare team as a Pharmacy Assistant in Mount Lebanon. 

In this role, you will work under the direct supervision of licensed pharmacists to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care, ensure the smooth daily operation of the pharmacy, and provide exceptional service to our patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist pharmacists with everyday dispensary tasks, stock handling, and counter sales.
• Receive, unpack, verify, and properly shelve incoming medication and healthcare supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels, check expiration dates regularly, and organize stock according to pharmacy guidelines.
• Greet customers warmly, answer general inquiries, and guide them to appropriate over-the-counter (OTC) products or refer them to the licensed pharmacist for medical consultations.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) cash register, process payments accurately, and issue receipts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, sanitary, and well-stocked pharmacy environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist in preparing prescription labels, packaging medication, and recording patient information under strict pharmacist supervision.
• Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Baccalaureate II or technical diploma is preferred).
• 0 to 1 year of experience in a pharmacy, retail, or customer service setting (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Basic understanding of medical terminology, health products, or pharmacy operations is an asset.
• Fluency in Arabic; good working knowledge of English or French is highly desirable.
• Legal eligibility to work in Lebanon and proximity to Mount Lebanon.
