We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Nail Technician to join our upscale salon team in Mount Lebanon.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of professional nail care treatments, including classic manicures, pedicures, gel polish application, acrylic extensions, and nail repairs.
• Create custom, intricate nail art designs tailored to client preferences and current beauty trends.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess nail health, recommend appropriate services, and advise on proper aftercare routines.
• Maintain rigorous sanitation, sterilization, and safety standards for all tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Promote and cross-sell salon products, providing personalized recommendations to enhance client care.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
• Stay informed on emerging industry trends, techniques, and new nail care technologies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years of proven professional experience as a Senior Nail Technician or advanced nail specialist.
• Formal certification or professional diploma in nail technology or cosmetology is strongly preferred.
• A comprehensive portfolio showcasing expertise in gel, acrylic, and detailed nail art.
• Deep understanding of nail anatomy, hygiene protocols, and sanitation standards.

Required Skills

• Advanced mastery of gel, acrylic, dipping powder, and contemporary nail art techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal and client communication skills with a warm, professional manner.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong artistic flair.
• Reliable time management and organizational abilities under fast-paced salon conditions.
• Proficiency in Arabic; working knowledge of English or French is an asset.
