It has a franchise agreement with Candia, the leading producers of UHT milk in France, allowing it to manufacture and distribute products under the Candia brand name.

Job Description:
As a Senior Electrician at our plant, you will oversee electrical projects, ensure the safe and efficient operation of all electrical systems, and provide guidance to junior electricians.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management:
- Lead and supervise electrical projects within the plant.
- Coordinate with the management team to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Installation and Maintenance:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment, including processing machinery.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the reliability and safety of electrical systems.
• Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all electrical work complies with local and national electrical codes and safety standards.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect all staff and equipment.
• Mentorship and Training:
- Train and supervise junior electricians and maintenance staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Technical Expertise:
- Stay updated on the latest electrical technologies and industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Technical school or apprenticeship program preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a licensed electrician, with 5 years in a senior or supervisory role, preferably in an agricultural or industrial setting.
