Transaction Banking Products Lead Associate

The Function Purpose

Develop new transaction Banking products and services, review and enhance all existing transaction Banking products and services provided to Corporate, Commercial and SME’s clients.


Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and enhancement of transaction banking products.
  • Prepare the product programs, policies, and procedure.
  • Assist in preparation, negotiation, and execution of transaction banking products documentation.
  • Oversee transaction banking products implementation and resolve issues or gaps.
  • Participate in reviewing standard and preferential pricing for transaction banking products.
  • Support in identifying client needs, developing proposals related to transaction banking products and services “I.e. CDM, CDU, Company Salary Rebate, etc.”.
  • Adhere to Central Bank of Jordan Instructions and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing governance framework, deal approval procedures and all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Acts as a point of contact with institutional banking clients and institutional banking team to provide the necessary support related to transaction banking products and services.
  • Monitor handline of client complaints and ensure proper and timely resolution.
  • Stay up to date on market trends and competitor offerings and propose new products and services based on market studies.
  • Review the Bank’s website in line with the benefits of what we are offering to Institutional Banking clients and to follow up with all stakeholders in case any material changes.
  • Follow up with all stakeholders and vendors in case any need for systems integration related to transaction banking products.
  • Work closely with Marketing team to promote and launch new and existing transaction banking products and services.
  • Adhere to managers business requests and directions.


Background

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2 years+ of relevant experience.
