Experience

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Facilities Management role.
• FM consultancy background preferred but not essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities engineering or related qualification such as project management, business management or construction management.
• Professional Certification / Accreditation, such as Facility Management Professional Certificate (FMP) by the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) or (CFM) Certified Facility Manager by (IFMA) preferred but not essential.
• Working knowledge of principles and practices of project management.
• Strong understanding of BICSC, SFG20 and ISO 55000
• Working knowledge of procurement and contracts.
• Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Experience in construction, maintenance, soft services, and all facets of facility operation.
