1. Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing a warm and professional welcome to all guests and clients, managing phone calls, and coordinating with executives to ensure smooth operations.

2. Tasks

  • Greet and welcome guests and clients as they arrive at the office.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties or take messages as needed.
  • Coordinate with executives to check their availability for meetings and visits.
  • Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and provide customer support as needed.
  • Handle inquiries and complaints from clients and customers professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with security procedures and company policies.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing.
  • To call the clients and assess the company's services with them.
  • To coordinate and reserve the meeting rooms.

3. Qualifications
