It has around 500 staff members.What we're looking for:We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in crafting exceptional user experiences for a diverse range of clients and projects. You will be a champion for user-centric design, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful digital solutions.To Succeed in This Role, You Need To:

  • Assist in the design thinking process from end-to-end, encompassing:
    • 1. Research, Discovery, and Definition:
      • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
      • Analyze user data and market trends to identify opportunities and inform design decisions.
      • Define user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to establish a clear understanding of the target audience and their needs.
    • 2. Ideation:
      • Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate creative and innovative design solutions.
      • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and test different design concepts.
      • Effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders through compelling presentations and documentation.
    • 3. Implementation (UI):
      • Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
      • Design high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes that reflect Ogilvy's high standards of creativity and quality.
      • Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design deliverables.
    • 4. Testing and Iterating:
      • Conduct usability testing throughout the design process to gather feedback and validate design decisions.
      • Analyze user feedback and iterate on designs to continuously improve the user experience.
      • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the design team by sharing knowledge, mentoring junior designers, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in an agency setting.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects, demonstrating your ability to create user-centered and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Expertise in design thinking methodologies and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • A passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a strong desire to continuously learn and grow.
