The Senior Project Manager is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for leading key projects in marketing, branding, and technology with a hands-on approach. This role demands a dynamic leader adept at project planning, execution, and quality assurance, balancing direct involvement in projects with leadership responsibilities within the PMO
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Plan and manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and financial objectives are met.
Create and maintain RACI matrices to clearly define roles and responsibilities across projects.
Oversee project budget management, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial goal
Lead stakeholder management activities to align expectations and foster collaborative relationships.
Oversee the quality management process to maintain the highest standards across all project
Optimize resource management to ensure project teams are well-equipped and effectively
Spearhead project planning and scheduling, ensuring milestones and deadlines are clearly defined and met.
Manage Project Management tool used at the agency (Odoo projects) and oversee the team's capabilities
Drive change management initiatives to adapt to evolving project scopes and objectives
Chair meetings, facilitating productive discussions and actionable outcomes.
Implement issue tracking mechanisms to promptly identify and address challenges
Craft and maintain project charters that outline scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Procure top talent to meet the project and organizational needs, augmenting the teams capabilities.
Continuously update and manage the Supplier Hub including scouting, interviewing, and engagement
Liaise with the Business and Commercial team for project proposals and budgeting
Train team members and Project Managers, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
Engage in process enhancement to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Conduct regular customer feedback and project closing activities.
Maintain a proactive approach to foresee and tackle potential challenges in projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to navigate complex discussions and achieve
Proven ability to resolve conflicts and manage time effectively across concurrent projects.
Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering practical and innovative solutions.
Technical proficiency in proiect management software and tools
Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and leading by example.
In-depth knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM)
Excellent documentation skills for creating clear and comprehensive project artifacts.

Education and Experience:
Relevant professional certifications (e.g. PMP, PgMP).
A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role within a PMO
Work Conditions:
Primarily office-based with flexibility for remote work arrangements.
Willingness to travel as needed for high-priority project oversight and stakeholder engagement.
Availability for occasional extended hours to meet critical project deadlines
