Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Media Buyer with a passion for digital advertising to manage and optimize campaigns across various channels. In this role, you will work closely with our marketing team to strategize, execute, and monitor media buys, helping our clients maximize their ROI.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective media buying strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and optimize campaign strategies.
• Set up, manage, and optimize media campaigns across different platforms, ensuring alignment with overall campaign objectives.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital media buying.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach across campaigns and clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital media buying or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with key platforms such as Google Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads Manager is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
