Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated ERP Techno-Functional Specialist with 2 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The ideal candidate combines technical development skills with functional ERP knowledge to participate in ERP implementation, customization, support, and client training.

The role requires working closely with customers to understand business requirements, configure solutions, develop customizations, and provide post-implementation support.

• Participate in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects.
• Analyze client business processes and translate business requirements into ERP solutions.
• Develop and customize Business Central using AL Language
• Configure standard Business Central modules based on customer requirements.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support go-live activities.
• Deliver user training and provide post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and project managers.
• Maintain high-quality coding standards and documentation.
• Support system upgrades and integrations when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS),Computer Engineering (CE),Computer Science or related field
• 2 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience developing using AL Language.
• Experience in ERP implementation or support projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, onsite implementations, support visits, and training sessions within Lebanon and occasionally abroad if required.
