Amaken is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to join a pharmaceutical and healthcare company to be based in Beirut. The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products from conception through commercialization and throughout their lifecycle.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that align with the company s business objectives, market needs, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies, including market analysis, competitive assessments, product positioning, and product roadmaps.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development through launch, commercialization, and ongoing product enhancements.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and other relevant departments, to ensure the successful development and commercialization of products.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up to date with applicable pharmaceutical regulations, quality standards, and industry requirements, ensuring that products comply with all relevant regulations.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage product budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and maximizing return on investment.
  • Product Positioning & Branding: Develop and implement product positioning and branding strategies that clearly differentiate products and strengthen their market presence.
  • Sales & Marketing Support: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop promotional materials, product training programs, marketing campaigns, and other commercial initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders and provide regular updates on product development, market performance, and key initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track product performance using relevant market and business metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to achieve product and business objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • An MBA or relevant advanced degree is considered an advantage.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical industry.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, market analysis, and commercialization strategies.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
