المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- الإشراف على أنشطة الموقع اليومية المتعلقة بنظام CCTV، التحكم في الوصول، الإنذار، الباب الصوتي، الشبكات، الكابلات المهيكلة، وغيرها من أنظمة ELV.
- قيادة وتوزيع المهام اليومية بين الفنيين والمتعاقدين وفقًا لخطة العمل المعتمدة.
- التأكد من أن التركيبات تتوافق مع الرسومات المعتمدة، جدول الكميات BOQ، المواصفات الفنية، ومعايير الشركة.
- مراجعة تخطيطات الموقع، رسومات الورشة، جداول الكابلات، مخططات الشبكة، ومتطلبات النظام قبل التنفيذ.
- الإشراف على سحب الكابلات، إنهاء التوصيل، التوسيم، الاختبار، تركيب الأجهزة، ترتيب الرفوف، والاتصالات الشبكية.
- تكوين واستكشاف أعطال كاميرات IP، NVRs، محولات، أجهزة التوجيه، نقاط الوصول، لوحات التحكم في الوصول، الهواتف الداخلية، وأنظمة الإنذار.
- تعيين عناوين IP وضمان الاتصال الشبكي الصحيح، وتواصل الأجهزة، والوصول عن بُعد.
- التنسيق مع منسق المشروع، الفريق الفني، العملاء، الموردين، المستودع، وباقي مقاولين الموقع.
- تقديم ومتابعة طلبات المواد وتبليغ عن المواد المفقودة أو التالفة أو غير الصحيحة.
- مراقبة أداء الفنيين، جودة العمل، الإنتاجية، الحضور، والالتزام بإجراءات السلامة.
- إجراء فحص مواقع وتحديد قضايا التركيب، العقبات الفنية، والإجراءات التصحيحية المطلوبة.
- إعداد تقارير الموقع اليومية، سجلات الأعمال المنجزة، نتائج الاختبار، تقارير استخدام المواد، وتحديثات التقدم.
- تنسيق الاختبار، التكليف، تكامل النظام، عروض العميل، وأنشطة التسليم النهائي.
- ضمان أن جميع الكابلات، الأجهزة، الرفوف، ومكونات النظام مُثبتة بشكل صحيح، مُعلَّمة، مُختبرة، ومُوثقة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات محدثة لعناوين IP للأجهزة، كلمات المرور، التكوينات، أرقام تسلسلية، واتصالات الشبكة.
- تقديم التوجيه الفني والتدريب الموقعي للفنيين عند الحاجة.
- التأكد من استخدام الأدوات، معدات الاختبار، وأصول الشركة بشكل صحيح وصيانتها.
- دعم أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية لأنظمة ELV المركبة.
- التأكد من إتمام جميع الملاحظات المعلقة، سجلات الاختبار، الرسومات كما بُنيت، ومتطلبات التسليم قبل إغلاق المشروع.
المرشح المثالي
التعليم، الخبرة، والمهارات:
- درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم تقني في تكنولوجيا المعلومات، هندسة الحاسوب، الشبكات، الاتصالات، الإلكترونيات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- 3 سنوات كحد أدنى من الخبرة العملية في تركيب وأنظمة ELV، الإشراف، التكوين، واستكشاف الأخطاء.
- خلفية قوية في تكنولوجيا المعلومات والشبكات، بما في ذلك TCP/IP، تقسيم الشبكات، عناوين IP، المحولات، أجهزة التوجيه، الشبكات الافتراضية VLANs، الواي فاي، والوصول عن بُعد.
- معرفة تقنية جيدة بنظم CCTV، NVRs، التحكم في الوصول، إنذار الاختراق، إنذار الحريق، الباب الصوتي، الكابلات المهيكلة، والأنظمة ذات الصلة.
- القدرة على قراءة رسومات ELV، التخطيطات، مخططات الشبكة، BOQ، المواصفات، والكتيبات الفنية.
- يفضّل خبرة عملية بنهايات الكابلات، معدات الاختبار، الرفوف، لوحات التوصيل، ألياف بصرية، وكابلات الشبكة.
- قدرة قوية على القيادة والإشراف على الفنيين، والمتعاقدين، وأنشطة الموقع اليومية.
- مهارات تنسيق، تقارير، اتصال، استكشاف أخطاء وحلول مشاكل.
- القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة، وتحديد أولويات أنشطة الموقع، والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية للمشروع.
- معرفة جيدة بمايكروسوفت أوفيس؛ وجود خبرة في ERP/Odoo ميزة.
- انتباه قوي للتفاصيل والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وفي مواقع مشاريع مختلفة.
- الطلاقة في العربية وإتقان جيد للإنجليزية؛ الفرنسية ميزة إضافية.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise daily site activities related to CCTV, access control, alarm, intercom, networking, structured cabling, and other ELV systems.
- Lead and distribute daily tasks among technicians and subcontractors according to the approved work plan.
- Ensure that installations comply with approved drawings, BOQ, technical specifications, and company standards.
- Review site layouts, shop drawings, cable schedules, network diagrams, and system requirements before execution.
- Supervise cable pulling, termination, labeling, testing, device installation, rack arrangement, and network connections.
- Configure and troubleshoot IP cameras, NVRs, switches, routers, access points, access control panels, intercoms, and alarm systems.
- Assign IP addresses and ensure proper network connectivity, device communication, and remote access.
- Coordinate with Project Coordinator, technical team, clients, suppliers, warehouse, and other site contractors.
- Submit and follow up on material requests and report missing, damaged, or incorrect materials.
- Monitor technicians performance, work quality, productivity, attendance, and compliance with safety procedures.
- Conduct site inspections and identify installation issues, technical obstacles, and required corrective actions.
- Prepare daily site reports, completed-work records, testing results, material usage reports, and progress updates.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, system integration, client demonstrations, and final handover activities.
- Ensure that all cables, devices, racks, and system components are properly installed, labeled, tested, and documented.
- Maintain updated records of device IP addresses, passwords, configurations, serial numbers, and network connections.
- Provide technical guidance and on-site training to technicians when required.
- Ensure that tools, testing equipment, and company assets are properly used and maintained.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for installed ELV systems.
- Ensure that all pending remarks, testing records, as-built drawings, and handover requirements are completed before project closure.
Desired Candidate Profile
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor s degree or technical diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Networking, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in ELV system installation, supervision, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong IT and networking background, including TCP/IP, subnetting, IP addressing, switches, routers, VLANs, Wi-Fi, and remote access.
- Good technical knowledge of CCTV, NVRs, access control, intrusion alarm, fire alarm, intercom, structured cabling, and related systems.
- Ability to read ELV drawings, layouts, network diagrams, BOQ, datasheets, and technical manuals.
- Practical experience with cable termination, testing equipment, racks, patch panels, fiber optics, and network cabling is preferred.
- Strong leadership and ability to supervise technicians, subcontractors, and daily site activities.
- Good coordination, reporting, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize site activities, and meet project deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; ERP/Odoo experience is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and at different project sites.
- Fluency in Arabic and good command of English; French is an advantage.
