Robinsons SAL is seeking a highly accomplished Associate General Manager to join its executive leadership team.

The Associate General Manager will play a key role in leading the business, driving operational excellence, supporting strategic growth, and ensuring the successful execution of the company's vision across all functions.

This role is designed for a commercially astute and hands-on leader with extensive experience in the agriculture, horticulture, landscaping, greenhouse, or related industries.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including exposure to both the Lebanese and international markets.

Bachelor's degree is preferred. Candidates with a background in Agribusiness, Agricultural Engineering, Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related discipline are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with extensive leadership experience in very well-known companies operating within the agriculture, horticulture, landscaping, greenhouse, or related sectors will also be considered, even if their academic background differs.

Proven track record in senior management, business operations, or general management.

Strong strategic, commercial, financial, and operational leadership capabilities.

Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Professional certification in Business Management, Executive Management, Strategic Management, or a related discipline is highly preferred.

A Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business Administration or a related discipline is considered a strong advantage.
