Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
➢ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and revenue goals.
➢ Identify and engage potential customers, building a robust sales pipeline.
➢ Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
2. Customer Engagement:
➢ Present and demonstrate the technical aspects and benefits of our Solar and Battery Storage
solutions to prospective clients.
➢ Provide technical consultation and support to customers throughout the sales process.
➢ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer
satisfaction.
3. Technical Expertise:
➢ Understand and articulate the technical specifications, performance, and benefits of our
products.
➢ Assist customers with system design, configuration, and integration.
➢ Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met and projects
are successfully delivered.
4. Proposal and Contract Management:
➢ Prepare and deliver detailed sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
➢ Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales agreements.
➢ Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulations.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
➢ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project status.
➢ Provide regular reports and updates to the Sales Manager on sales performance and market
insights.
➢ Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
6. Qualifications:
➢ Bachelor’s degree in engineering,
➢ Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
➢ Strong understanding of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and battery storage technologies.
➢ Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
➢ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
