Job Description: We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Technical Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of diesel engines and technical sales experience, enabling them to effectively communicate complex solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and nurture relationships with clients in the diesel engine market, acting as their trusted advisor.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and networking.
Provide in-depth technical knowledge on diesel engine products, including specifications, performance metrics, and applications.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training for customers.
Collaborate with engineering and support teams to address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiating contracts to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in the CRM system.
Attend trade shows and industry events to represent Mets Energy and promote our product offerings.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the energy or diesel engine sector.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines and related technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
