Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant at Ascentia. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to executives and team members, ensuring that their daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, organizing travel arrangements, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The Personal Assistant will play a crucial role in enhancing productivity and facilitating effective communication within the organization.

Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 2-3 years of experience in a personal assistant or administrative support role
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using office software and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field
