Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information regarding the menu, services, and restaurant hours.
Handle customer inquiries and special requests with a friendly attitude.
Coordinate takeout and delivery orders.
Relay any customer feedback or complaints to management.
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, especially in the hospitality industry, is preferred.
Strong communication skills and a clear, pleasant telephone manner.
Ability to handle high call volumes during peak hours.
Basic computer skills for order entry and reservations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
