MAIN OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Main Duties in relation with Customer Relationship (CSR)
Performs, develops and implement the Annual/ monthly/ quarterly Preventive Maintenance of each Project in accordance with the schedule put forth by the Operation Manager in a way to enhance system reliability.
Schedules, coordinates and oversees the daily corrective maintenance activities.
Advise and contribute on any changes that may improve the operational procedures and benefit the client and the company.
Tracks and reports all project variations to the necessary parties regarding the execution of any jobs.
Submits the Preventive Maintenance Report of each Project encompassing all photographic, video and written substance in full and on time to CSR team.
2. Main Duties in relation with technicians
Ensures all project technicians are on time and working efficiently according to the schedule set forth by the Project
Ensures all project technicians’ well-being is taken care of all project and technicians are equipped with all the required tools, uniform, and machinery always needed.
Supervises and trains technicians as necessary and oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
Responsible of Technicians performance in order to deal with clients, be presentable, helpful and polite and ensure the client feels that the team is there for his/her benefit,
Ensures all project technicians driving company vehicles are:
• Driving safely and abiding by Traffic Rules.
• Keeping the vehicles clean and in good condition.
• Delivering the Fuel Consumption Invoices on time.
3. Main Duties in relation with clients and engineering knowledge
Working closely with clients to ensure their systems(civil/electrical/mechanical) are functioning optimally and address any issues that arise.
Follow up with the client for any pending operational issues.
Reports all communications in writing both internally and with the client.
Performs Regular Spot Checks on the project technicians to ensure all operations are running on schedule.
Ensures that the project technicians are performing the client-based maintenance checklists in full by keeping track of the reports and following up on any pending issues that need attention.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of engineering codes and safety regulations.
Designs, implements, maintains, and improves engineering instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
Inspects completed installations and observes operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
Ensures all items delivered to the client are eventually invoiced or returned to the store.
Tracks and reports all project variations to the necessary parties regarding the execution of any jobs.
Doubles check the completed jobs and approves the quality of the work prior to handing it over to the client.
Confer with engineers, customers, and others to discuss existing or potential electrical engineering projects and products
4. Main Duties in relation with purchasing and estimation
Coordinates with the Sales and Procurement Departments and the respective Client Account Managers which includes but is not limited to:
o Send the correct BOQ for quotations to procurement and sales, on time and in detail.
o Explain all works that require a quotation to the procurement and sales in detail.
Ensures delivery of all materials to the client by issuing Delivery Notes and in coordination with the Accounting Department.
Establishes good relations with the Subcontractors to ensure smooth operation.
Requests all the materials for site execution with a lead time of at least 2 working days.
Ensures all petty cash and other supplier invoices are delivered to the operation Manager on time and in detail.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
Experience in managing and maintaining systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents
Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English and Arabic
