Aspire Software is looking for a Human Resource Business Partner to join our team in Lebanon.

The successful candidate will work in Beirut.
What your day will look like:
- Supervise all internal local HR-related matters
- Supervise a Human Resources administrator dedicated to HR administration (i.e. office management, relationships with banks, insurance and lawyers).
- Collaborate closely with managers and employees to implement HR programs and initiatives for the area
- Participate in regulating and improving organizational HR guidelines and procedures
- Assist in business development aspects and coordinate future expansion with country manager
- Lead engagement strategies to motivate employees and increase retention
- Lead HR employment issues and investigations
- Supervise local employee development plans, talent, and performance management as our company continues to grow in the region
- Partner in the areas of workforce planning and organizational design
- Partner with local leaders to strategize continuous improvement for HR and present HR initiatives as a business partner in operations and finance meetings
- Coach Resource manager in employee management
- Supervise Issuing employment offers, contracts, and staffing movement documentation and ensure quality control of all HR documents
- Guarantee the accuracy of the HR database
Requirements
About you:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field is essential
- 10+ years of experience in an HR professional role is essential
- Certification CIPD level 5 is an advantage
- Business Administration degree is an advantage
- High level of HR, business acumen and strategy
- Knowledge of Lebanese employment laws
- Ability to balance competing priorities and conflicting opinions to facilitate the best decisions for employees and the business in an environment of ambiguity and rapid change
- Experience coaching senior leaders and managers
- Self-starter, able to work both independently as well as an active member of both business and HR teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication to prepare high-quality documents as well as
- present and facilitate group meetings and events
- Project management skills: ability to lead projects, gain buy-in and drive to execution and achievement of the right results
- Not hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive initiatives
- Strong analytical skills, including the understanding of metrics to support plans and monitor performance
- Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization
- Proven ability to drive influence on all levels of the organization
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory
- Legally authorized to work in Lebanon.
