Primary responsibilities Own assigned customer issues from intake through resolution, including investigation, communication, escalation, testing, documentation, and follow-up. Conduct structured discovery with customers to clarify ambiguous requests, understand the underlying workflow, define the technical problem, and agree on what a successful result should accomplish. Triage software and data issues by reproducing reported behavior, reviewing application settings, examining records, reading logs and code, and identifying likely root causes. Resolve data discrepancies carefully and completely, including determining how the issue occurred and whether a broader correction or preventive change is needed. Learn to read and write code, queries, dictionaries, and support utilities in Keystone's Rocket UniVerse and MultiValue environment. Translate customer business needs into clear requirements, examples, acceptance criteria, and technical work for developers. Coordinate delivery across customers, product specialists, developers, and other technical resources, keeping the work moving and identifying decisions or blockers early. Support implementations, conversions, upgrades, annual processing, testing, and other customer projects. Test software changes and integrations using realistic business scenarios and confirm that fixes address the original issue without creating new problems. Help customers connect Keystone applications with other systems through file exchanges, APIs, imports, exports, and related integration processes. Support rollout and adoption by validating solutions in the customer's environment, explaining changes, monitoring early use, and addressing issues that emerge after deployment. Use AI-assisted tools responsibly to learn application behavior, summarize technical findings, develop test cases, improve documentation, and accelerate routine technical work while validating all output. Create and maintain useful internal documentation, troubleshooting guides, known-issue notes, and customer-facing instructions. Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to software, processes, training, or documentation. Turn effective one-time solutions into repeatable support procedures, implementation checklists, test cases, utilities, or product recommendations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Professional experience in software support, application analysis, implementation, quality assurance, business systems, development, or a similar technical customer-facing role. Strong analytical skills and the persistence to work through incomplete information, difficult data, and issues that do not reproduce immediately. Enough coding or scripting experience to read application logic, understand data movement, and make or validate targeted technical changes. Ability to connect business processes to application behavior and explain technical issues clearly to customers and coworkers. Excellent spoken and written English, strong listening skills, and confidence working directly with customers. Demonstrated ownership, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through across issues that may require coordination among several people. Ability to work through ambiguity, make progress with incomplete information, and keep customers and internal teams aligned as the solution develops. Ability and willingness to learn mature technologies while also using newer tools and methods where they improve the work. Preferred experience Rocket UniVerse, UniData, or another MultiValue application environment. Business applications for school districts or local governments, particularly financial reporting, general ledger, purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, tax billing and collection, utility billing, planning and zoning, or business licensing. Data conversion, reconciliation, imports, interfaces, report writing, or production data support. Software testing, release validation, implementation projects, or customer training. REST APIs, JSON, XML, secure file transfer, or other system-integration methods. School district, local government, or other public-sector operations.

You will build AI features end to end: the model or pipeline that produces the decision, the service that runs it, and the product surface where a revenue manager sees and acts on it. This is not a research role and it is not a pure app-dev role it is the bridge between them. Examples of what you'd own in your first year:

Forecasting and rate-recommendation logic that feeds our auto-publish engine, including the guardrails that keep recommendations inside a property's tolerance

LLM-driven features: natural-language explanations of why a rate moved, conversational querying of a property's performance, automated market commentary

Rate-intelligence pipelines ingesting competitor rates, cleaning messy third-party data, and turning it into signals the model can trust

Evaluation harnesses and monitoring so we know when a model degrades before a customer does

The full-stack surface around all of the above: APIs, data models, and the UI that exposes them

3 5 years building and shipping production software, with meaningful AI/ML work in that time

Strong Python; comfortable in TypeScript/JavaScript for the application layer

Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI or similar) prompt design, structured output, tool use, retrieval, and the evaluation discipline to know whether any of it is working

Solid SQL and data modeling; you can reason about a schema and write queries that don't melt the database

Experience with at least one of: time-series forecasting, pricing/optimization models, or recommendation systems

Comfort with messy, incomplete, real-world data third-party feeds, inconsistent APIs, partial history

Cloud deployment experience and familiarity with modern CI/CD

Nice To Have:

Hospitality, travel, pricing, or marketplace domain experience

Experience integrating with PMS, channel manager, or booking-engine APIs

Background in a small startup where you owned a system rather than a ticket queue

How we work, and who succeeds here

We hire for ownership as much as for stack. The engineers who do well:

Take technical ownership. You're handed a problem, not a spec. You decide what to build, flag the trade-offs, and are accountable for the result in production including when it breaks at an inconvenient hour.

Are intrinsically driven. Nobody will watch your calendar. You choose the right next thing to work on when the direction is ambiguous, and you finish things.

Communicate well asynchronously. Written updates that a busy reader can act on. You surface blockers early rather than going quiet. Clear, complete PR descriptions and issue comments.

Manage your own time zone. You're responsible for maintaining reliable overlap with the team and for being predictable about when you're reachable.

Desired Candidate Profile

About the job: This is the horizontal role of the three Leads, and a standalone one same Lead level as the Support Operations Lead and Customer Success Lead, but leading a function, not a team. Where the Support Operations Lead owns support and the Customer Success Lead owns the customer journey, this Lead makes both run with less manual effort mapping their processes and automating them while owning installations and provisioning directly. What's already in place: an AI Tier 1 support layer that fronts all support, and early onboarding automation (e.g., the go-live billing hand-off). This role scales and deepens that across Operations. Flagship focus areas Customer Onboarding automate deal closed setup go-live: ticket creation, cross-system data sync, task orchestration, status tracking, and comms. (Partner: Customer Success Lead.) Installations & Provisioning turn manual setup and configuration into scripted, repeatable, and where possible self-service processes. Enhance the AI Support Layer our support already runs through an AI Tier 1 layer. Extend and improve it: better resolution and deflection, smarter routing, and readiness for the new web PMS (new content, new workflows, new edge cases). (Partner: Support Operations Lead.)

What you'll do

Set the automation & AI roadmap for Operations prioritizing opportunities with the Director and the two other Leads by impact.

Map processes end-to-end and find where automation or AI fits.

Build the automations yourself API integrations across HubSpot, Zendesk, and internal tools; scripts (PowerShell / Python); scheduled jobs; and native workflows (HubSpot, Zendesk, Power Automate).

Automate installations scripted, templated, repeatable provisioning.

Advance the existing AI Tier 1 layer improve resolution/deflection, tune routing, and extend its coverage as the new web PMS rolls out.

Apply AI more broadly ticket triage/classification, data cleanup, drafting, and agent-style task automation using LLM tools (e.g., Claude).

Own data & reporting make the impact visible: time saved, faster cycle times, fewer errors.

Work safely dry-runs, staging, idempotency, documentation, and clean handoff to IT for production.

Set the standard reusable patterns and lightweight governance so automations are reliable and maintainable, not one-off hacks

Self-directed builder owns the roadmap and standards and executes them personally; comfortable being the sole driver of the function. Comfortable with REST APIs (auth, JSON, pagination, rate limits). Scripting in PowerShell and/or Python. Hands-on with a CRM or ticketing platform (HubSpot and/or Zendesk) and its automation tools. Experience building or tuning AI/LLM workflows (e.g., support automation, classification, agents). Process mapping sees where automation fits in a manual workflow. Solid data handling (CSV/Excel, matching/merging; SQL a plus). A test-first, careful mindset. Nice to have iPaaS / data-sync tools (HubSpot Data Sync, Zapier, Make). Scripted provisioning / deployment experience. Git, and a background in SaaS, hospitality tech, or support operations. Success looks like Onboarding and installations that largely run themselves. The AI support layer resolving more, routing better, and ready for the new web PMS. Reliable integrations that don't need babysitting. A measurable drop in manual work across Operations visible to leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile

Self-directed builder owns the roadmap and standards and executes them personally; comfortable being the sole driver of the function.
Aspire Software is looking for a Senior .NET/C# developer to join our team in Lebanon. About the Role: This is a very small team, and that shapes everything about the role. You'll have real autonomy and immediate impact and there's no one to hide behind: you will own what you ship, in a system that government departments depend on every day. For the right person that's the most interesting thing about the job. If it sounds like too much, it probably is and that's fine. This is not a ticket-taking role. You'll evaluate the platform, form strong opinions, and drive improvements to how it's built and how it feels to use. What you'd be working on The newest parts of the platform are an AI-driven workflow engine that uses LLMs to turn unstructured correspondence into structured data, and a set of recent .NET services built on current versions of the framework. Alongside them run several Spring Boot services on Java 21 handling authentication, search, document conversion and transport so some working knowledge of Java is needed. The core of the product is a mature ASP.NET/C# codebase MVC, Razor, jQuery, Kendo UI, SQL Server and Oracle with an older server-rendered administration area and a legacy reporting stack that we intend to replace. Modernizing these incrementally, without disrupting the organizations that depend on them, is a significant part of this role and one of the more interesting engineering problems here. We're also looking at how this platform evolves toward cloud delivery, and there'll be room to shape that. We're telling you this plainly because we'd rather you arrive knowing what the work actually is. If the idea of steadily improving a system that matters appeals to you more than starting from a blank page, this will suit you. We operate AI-first. Daily, hands-on use of AI-assisted tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) is a core requirement not to generate code blindly, but to design, implement and critically review production-quality work alongside your own technical judgment. What you'll do Build and improve features and services in .NET/C#. Modernize legacy components incrementally identify outdated patterns and propose concrete refactoring, with a realistic sense of what's worth changing and what isn't. Evaluate user workflows and interfaces, and reduce friction where the product doesn't serve users well. Write and maintain automated tests for what you ship. We have a substantial Playwright end-toend suite covering the web application and the service APIs; unit-test coverage in the .NET code is where the gap is, and closing it is part of the job. Contribute to the LLM workflow engine: understand how it uses LLMs, find its limits, and improve prompts, workflows and data-processing logic for better accuracy and reliability. Integrate APIs, messaging and third-party services. Take initiative step into problems before they're assigned and drive them to done. Share context early and keep the team in the loop. Solid, real-world experience shipping applications in .NET/C#; comfortable reading and improving large existing codebases. Hands-on experience with LLM-based systems prompt engineering, evaluating and improving model output, and building or maintaining LLM-driven workflows in production. Comfort in a server-rendered stack Razor, jQuery, Kendo and the patience to improve it step by step rather than rewrite it. Enough working knowledge of Java to understand and contribute to Spring Boot services. Good grasp of API design, backend services and relational databases. The habit of testing your own work comfortable with end-to-end tests, and willing to write the first unit tests for modules that have no coverage today. Practical software-design sense, and the judgment to know when to apply it. Strong communication and collaboration a must-have. You work well side by side with others and you're approachable. Fluent English, written and spoken a must-have. Mandatory: daily, hands-on use of AI-assisted dev tools to produce, review and ship production code. A bias toward improving systems rather than accepting them as-is, and comfort working with limited direction. How we work - Definition of done A change isn't done until it's tested. Every feature, fix or refactor ships with the automated tests that prove it works and guard against regressions. In a small team with no separate QA function, developers own the quality of what they deliver. Nice to have Experience taking an on-premise product toward cloud or SaaS delivery containerization, multi-tenancy, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud deployment (Azure preferred). Background in enterprise or government software compliance, auditability, accessibility. Front-end modernization experience, migrating legacy server-rendered UIs. Playwright experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

Solid, real-world experience shipping applications in .NET/C#; comfortable reading and improving large existing codebases.
You will own how we reach the market across both our products: the website, the content, the social presence and the paid ads. You will sit with the Valsoft marketing team in Beirut, with peer marketers around you, and report directly to ServiceCentral's Managing Director. We are not hiring someone to do this work by hand. If you are still writing blog posts yourself, this is the wrong role. We want a marketer who reaches for Claude, Cowork or whatever comes next the moment a task repeats, builds the thing that does it, and moves on to the next problem. Manual is how a task starts here. It is not how it should still look a few weeks later. You will inherit an AI marketing pipeline we have part-built, along with our brand voice, positioning and competitive research. Treat it as a starting point. We expect you to replace it with something better, and you will have the MD building alongside you while you do.

Responsibilities

Own the website, landing pages, blog, social and paid ads across RepairQ and ServiceManager

Keep the two products in two distinct voices. RepairQ sells to repair retailers; ServiceManager sells to OEMs, 3PLs and depots. A blended ServiceCentral message serves neither

Run first response on inbound and get every lead to the right person quickly

Build outbound assets and copy variants for our sales team, and iterate them on what actually gets replies

Report on the funnel: sessions, form fills, reply rates, leads into opportunities

Automate your own job continuously, and tell us each month what you took off your plate

Customer-facing release comms

We ship product improvements constantly. Working with product, engineering and our customer success managers, you will turn the material already generated while we build and test releases into short videos that show customers what has changed and why it matters. Product and engineering supply the substance. The customer success managers make sure what goes out is compelling and fit to put in front of a customer.

How we work together

Positioning, category naming and ICP are set by the Managing Director today, so you will be working to a message that is already defined. That boundary moves as you earn it. What is yours from day one is how the message reaches the market, and what the market tells us back.

Logistics

Full time.
Aspire Software is looking for a Data Scientist to join our team in Lebanon. Here is a little window into our company: Aspire Software operates and manages wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals. By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio. About the job: We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer who wants to own that evolution. This is not a research-only role. You will frame problems, explore data, design models, build evaluation systems, investigate real customer issues, and ship production services. Your work will influence real pricing decisions and measurable hotel revenue not just dashboards or internal prototypes. What You'll Work On -Pricing intelligence: Advance our pricing engine using probabilistic forecasting, elasticity estimation, contextual bandits, reinforcement learning, and other appropriate optimization methods. Demand forecasting: Improve booking-curve and final-occupancy forecasts, including uncertainty estimates that can inform safer pricing decisions. Safe experimentation: Build historical replay, simulation, backtesting, shadow deployment, and controlled rollout capabilities to measure revenue impact before models affect customers. Production ML: Turn models into reliable, tested, and observable Python services, owning the path from experimentation through deployment, monitoring, and rollback. Problem-solving and customer investigations: Debug unexpected pricing, data, integration, and production behavior. Trace customer-reported issues to their root cause and turn incidents into lasting improvements. Data and intelligent experiences: Strengthen the reservation, occupancy, competitor-rate, PMS, and event-data pipelines behind our decisions, while contributing to AI-powered explanations and revenue-manager tools.
