We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our remote team. As a Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in identifying and securing top talent for every internal role in our company by conducting thorough interviews and evaluations. Key Responsibilities
- Finalize candidate selection after thorough reviews by the recruitment assistance team.
- Conduct comprehensive screening calls with shortlisted candidates.
- Lead detailed interviews to assess candidates' technical and behavioral fit.
- Evaluate candidates' technical skills through tailored assessments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine candidate suitability and final candidate selection.
- Draft and present compelling offers to successful candidates.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Manage multiple roles simultaneously while ensuring quality.
- Use innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates.
- Track recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
- Communicate promptly and clearly with candidates throughout the process.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum of one year’s experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-volume recruitment agency.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, with the ability to switch seamlessly between both.
- Exceptional interpersonal and social skills, with an empathetic approach to candidates.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with clarity and confidence.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in every step of the recruitment process.
- Urgency in completing tasks with speed while maintaining precision.
- Adaptability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and tasks.
- Decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently without direction.
