A dynamic e-commerce retail luxury brand for children's clothing is seeking an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all online channels. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SEO/SEM, social media, programmatic advertising, and e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.

Job Details:
• Type: Remote, full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
• Manage social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram and others).
• Measure and report campaign performance, assess ROI and KPIs.
• Identify trends and optimize spend and performance based on insights.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies for improved search rankings.
• Coordinate with media experts to enhance marketing outcomes.
• Manage the strategy, setup and optimization of paid campaigns.
• Lead the management and enhancement of the e-commerce platform.
• Oversee digital engagement initiatives, such as contests and giveaways.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Proficiency with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
• Expertise in social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and web design concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Creativity in crafting engaging and motivating digital campaigns.
