The Medical Officer will make sure that our insured patients get quality healthcare. Being the first interlocutor with our risk carriers and medical providers for solving inquiries and complaints related to medical coverage decisions and patients cases.

Requirements

Medical Doctor degree

Experience in managed care and in dealing with insurance companies

Good management and organizational skills

Excellent communication skills

Fluent in Arabic and English. French will be a plus

Computer literate and naturally open to technology
