Bachelor: Health Insurance or any medical field. <br> <br>Experience: 2 years and more in the related field. <br> <br>Duties: <br>1. Build and maintain updated Underwritings manuals and guidelines for GML’s products, as well as coordinate their implementations on the system with the System Administrator <br>2. Issue underwriting audit reports to control exceptions made by clients (enrollment, eligibility, backdating, exclusion and limitation, etc.)

The Accountant (General Accounting) handles a variety of daily accounting tasks through which they he/she will ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and integrity of all accounting information entered. <br> <br>Duties: <br>• Conduct inter-company, suppliers, bank, and other needed reconciliations. <br>• Responsible of all cash operations. <br>• Control and audit bills. <br>• Handle payments to contractual and cash payments. <br>• Control and prepare suppliers’ payments. <br>• Issue official receipts for TPA. <br>• Process and record company expenses. <br>• Invoice and bill administration fees to guarantors. <br> <br>Requirements: <br>• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. Master’s degree is a plus. <br>• 2 years or more of experience in the related field. <br>• English language is necessary; French is a plus. <br>• Excellent communication skills and Organizational skills <br>• Time management, Analytical thinking, Customer Oriented

The Accountant – Commercial Finance is responsible of reconciling accounts, over viewing, controlling, and supporting the transactions performed by providers affiliated with GlobeMed Lebanon. He/she performs a variety of functions related to the accounting of providers’ and guarantors’ transactions. <br> <br> Duties: <br>• Billing and collection of all fees billed to providers. <br>• Providers’ support (phone calls and emails). <br>• Yearly financial balance confirmation. <br>• Daily claims reconciliation with providers. <br>• Confirmation of balances with providers including administration fees and volume rebates. <br>• Reconciliation of claims between I-Geme and TPA. <br>• Reconciliation of accounting between TPA and Accounting System. <br>• Follow up on debit and credit notes allocation (Guarantors & Providers). <br> <br>Requirements: <br>• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. <p>The Medical Officer makes sure that our insured patients get quality healthcare. Being the first interlocutor with our risk carriers and medical providers for solving inquiries and complaints related to medical coverage decisions and patient cases.</p><p>Duties:</p><ul><li>Make contact and negotiate with guarantors to solve problems concerning patients coverage cases.</li><li>Assist guarantors in the underwriting and scoring of new and renewed adherents.</li><li>Monitor the length of stay, utilization, medical cases, and their related costs.</li><li>Generate hospitalization reports and follow up on tracked high-cost cases with the concerned Field Medical Officers</li><li>Follow up on medical discharges with Field Medical Officers.</li><li>Contribute to projects related to the Medical Services department as assigned by the Medical Director.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Medical Doctor degree</li><li>0 to 2 years of experience in the related field</li><li>English &amp; Arabic language, French is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication skills &amp; Organizational skills</li><li>Negotiation skills &amp; problem-solving</li><li>Analytical thinking skills</li><li>Always up to date in terms of medical research</li></ul>
