We’re Hiring: Operations Manager ????

A leading entertainment and arcade company is looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee daily activities across multiple venues and ensure smooth, profitable, and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day venue operations
• Manage staff schedules, performance, and training
• Oversee machine performance, maintenance, and reporting
• Track revenues and ensure targets are met across all locations
• Coordinate logistics, installations, and supplier relations
• Support marketing activations and new venue launches

Requirements:
• experience in operations, preferably in entertainment, retail, or hospitality
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Good communication in English and Arabic
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure
• Valid driving license and flexibility to visit different venues
