Main Responsibilities

Training Delivery:
1. Coordinate and present the meetings with the brand company to receive comprehensive training on basics and new products and techniques
2. Design training materials, including guides, and presentations.
3. Conduct comprehensive training sessions on perfumes and other beauty products.
4. Demonstrate proper usage techniques and application methods.

Curriculum Development:
1. Keep training content up-to-date with the latest product launches and industry trends.
2. Develop both in-person and virtual training modules.

Performance Monitoring:
1. Assess trainees’ understanding and proficiency through tests, practical demonstrations, and feedback.
2. Provide constructive feedback and additional training sessions as needed.
3. Track and report on training outcomes and effectiveness to the Brand manager.
4. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align training with company goals and initiatives.

Collaboration and support:
1. Support new product launches by preparing and delivering targeted training.
2. Act as a product knowledge resource for all team members.

Qualifications:
1. certification in cosmetology, esthetics, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the beauty industry, with a strong background in product training or education.
3. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
4. Ability to design engaging and informative training materials.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Proficiency in using training software and virtual meeting platforms
