Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs): Create personalized goals and strategies for each student, outlining the specific steps needed for their educational and developmental success.

Adapt curriculum and instruction: Modify general education lessons and materials to accommodate students with learning, emotional, mental, or physical disabilities.

Provide instruction: Teach students individually or in small groups, using a variety of methods to promote learning and build confidence.

Assess student progress: Evaluate student performance through tests, observations, and work analysis to track progress and report to parents and staff
