<p><h4>Position summary</h4>
<p>Prepare special meals or substitute items. Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters. Pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator. Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish. Maintain food logs. Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared. Communicate assistance needed during busy periods. Inform chef of excess food items for use in daily specials. Inform food and beverage service staff of menu specials and out of stock menu items. Ensure the quality of the food items. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist. Prepare cold foods.</p>
<p>Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Anticipate and address guests’ service needs. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.</p>
<p>Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.</p>

<li>Related work experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.</li>

<br>We are seeking an Admissions Specialist to support prospective students throughout the university application and enrolment process.
<br>
<br>The successful candidate will communicate regularly with students, universities, embassies, partner institutions and internal departments to ensure that applications and documents are completed accurately and within the required deadlines.
<br>
<br>Key Responsibilities:

<br>Guide students through the university admissions and application process.
<br>Explain admission requirements, required documents and application steps.
<br>Collect, review, organise and follow up on student documents.
<br>Monitor application progress and ensure deadlines are met.
<br>Communicate professionally with students through email, WhatsApp and phone.
<br>Coordinate with universities, embassies, partner institutions and internal departments.
<br>Support students with interview preparation, visa documentation and enrolment procedures when required.
<br>Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records using CRM and internal systems.
<br>Follow up on missing documents and outstanding actions.
<br>Refer complicated or escalated cases to the relevant supervisor.
<br>Assist with administrative duties related to student applications.

<br>Requirements:

<br>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, communication, management or a related field.
<br>One to two years of relevant experience.
<br>Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
<br>Strong communication, organisational and time-management skills.
<br>Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
<br>Comfortable using phone, email, WhatsApp, CRM systems and digital collaboration tools.
<br>Professional, proactive, solution-focused and student-centred.
<br>Experience in education or student services is an advantage.
<br> Working Schedule:

<br>Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a one-hour break.
<br>Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with a 30-minute break
