Key Responsibilities
1. Workshop Operations
Supervise daily workshop activities including maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic jobs.
Coordinate job assignments and distribute work among technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor repair progress and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
Ensure proper use of tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance systems.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized workshop areas.
2. Staff Management
Supervise mechanics, electricians, and support staff.
Provide guidance, technical support, and training to team members.
