Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Front Desk
Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Provide information about available services, pricing, and waiting time.
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails in a timely manner.
Register new customers and update existing client information.
Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the proper department.
Scheduling & Coordination
Book, confirm, and manage service appointments.
Maintain the workshop schedule for mechanics and diagnostic technicians.
Help ensure smooth workflow between reception and technical team.
Documentation & Billing
Create service orders and record vehicle details (VIN, mileage, model, requested service).
Prepare estimates based on technician/manager inputs.
Issue invoices, collect payments (cash, card, transfer), and provide receipts.
Keep accurate documentation and maintain customer service records.
Customer Follow-Up
Inform customers when their vehicle is ready.
Schedule follow-up maintenance reminders (routine service).
Collect customer feedback on service quality.

Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in reception/customer service (automotive field preferred).
Good communication skills in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
Basic knowledge of automotive services is an advantage.
Comfortable using computer systems (Excel, service management software, POS).
Ability to handle multiple tasks, remain calm under pressure, and work in a fast-paced environment.
