Customer Service and client relationship:
1. Greet and engage customers, providing a welcoming and inclusive environment.
2. Conduct consultations to understand clients' beauty needs and preferences.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, encouraging repeat visits.
4. Maintain a client database to track preferences and purchase history.

Sales And promotion:
1. Offer personalized product recommendations and application tips as you receive them from the company trainer.
2. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
3. Assist in merchandising and maintaining product displays to ensure a visually appealing shopping experience.
Team Collaboration:
1. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
2. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall store goals.
3. Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization.
4. Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the store and work areas (Stands, displays, GTS,).

Qualification:
1. Technical certificate or knowledge in cosmetology or beauty.
2. Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
4. Strong knowledge of beauty products, skincare, and makeup applications (Perfumes, Skincare, or Makeup).
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
