Job Summary:
The Customer Service Professional is responsible for providing high-quality support to clients by handling inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring an excellent customer experience while adhering to company policies and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and timely manner.

Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, policies, and procedures.

Maintain and update customer records accurately in the CRM system.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department when required.

Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements at all times.

Meet assigned performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction KPIs.

Work closely with internal teams to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in a customer service role within a professional or corporate environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems.
