Operations Specialist - Persian Speaker

We are hiring two Operations Specialists to support client onboarding, payment processing, and customer support. You will ensure accurate client data, smooth payment operations, and timely, high-quality client assistance.
Main Responsibilities

Onboarding

Collect and check client documents (KYC/AML).
Set up new client accounts.
Guide clients through the onboarding steps and answer questions.
Payment Processing

Process payments.
Check payment details and make sure transactions are correct.
Fix payment issues by working with providers and internal teams.
Customer Service

Respond to client questions via email, phone, and chat.
Help clients understand the platform, payments, and processes.
Solve client issues quickly and escalate when needed.


Requirements

Fluent in Farsi & English
1–3 years’ experience in FX (preferred), fintech, or payments
Experience with CRM systems and Excel
Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
