Customer Service Officer

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Officer is responsible for handling customer inquiries, scheduling pest control services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role acts as the main point of contact between clients, technicians, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and handle customer calls, messages, and emails professionally

Schedule pest control appointments and coordinate with technicians

Follow up with customers before and after service visits

Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions

Maintain accurate customer records and service reports

Prepare service requests and work orders

Support the operations team with daily administrative tasks

Requirements & Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service (experience in pest control or services sector is an advantage)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally

Basic computer skills (Excel, emails, CRM systems)

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
