Sales Representative On Trade HORECA

Job Summary: The On-Trade Sales Representative is responsible for developing and managing relationships with on-trade accounts, promoting and selling the company's products to bars, restaurants, hotels, and other hospitality venues. The role involves meeting sales targets, increasing market share, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Account Management:
o Identify and target new on-trade accounts to expand the customer base.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
o Conduct regular visits to assigned accounts to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
o Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize sales and profitability.
2. Product Promotion:
o Promote the company’s products and services effectively to on-trade clients.
o Organize and participate in promotional events, tastings, and product launches.
o Provide training and support to clients on product features and benefits.
3. Market Analysis:
o Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.
o Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to support strategy and product improvements.
4. Sales Targets:
o Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
o Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and account activity summaries.
5. Customer Service:
o Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and professionally.
o Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
6. Administrative Duties:
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account information.
o Prepare and process orders, invoices, and other documentation as required.
o Ensure that key accounts are satisfied with the products and services provided by the company.
o Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders within accounts to foster loyalty and repeat business.
