Job Description
Manage purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
Source and evaluate suppliers
Request and compare quotations
Negotiate prices and terms when needed
Ensure timely availability of materials and supplies
Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
Coordinate with internal departments to meet operational needs
Qualifications
Previous experience in purchasing and/or procurement
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Good knowledge of suppliers and market sourcing
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Experience in hospitality, F&B, or manufacturing is a plus
